Every Week HEROIKX will be partnering up with an Animal
related Non-Profit Organization dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of
pets and animals, including pet adoption programs, sanctuaries,
rescues, animal shelters, wild / sea life, children / veterans in need
of a service dog. HEROIKX gives the the donations within 30-90 days from
the time the week’s program ends. HEROIKX will work with set animal related non-profit for 7 days ( one week), set organization is to help promote the campaign set for them through e mail news letters, social media, and any other methods they see fit to help raise funds for their organization. HEROIKX hold the right to shorten or extend the days in which it works with a non-profit.
What is Your Shipping Policy?
Every purchase, whether for one item or more, qualifies for the $5.99 shipping rate when shipped to the US. All products must be placed and ordered at the same time, and the same shipping address, destination must be within the contiguous United States. U.S. shipments are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. For international orders, customers have the option to ship via USPS Priority Mail or International First Class (if under 4 pounds). International shipping prices vary and are determined by location. We ship business days (Monday - Friday) excluding weekends and holidays. Allow 5-7 Business days for order to arrive after tracking confirmation been sent to your e mail.

What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail. If we must back order an item that is part of a larger order, the items we do have in stock will ship and the back-ordered item will ship when we have them back in stock.
Do You Have a Return Policy?
We value your business and satisfaction and, as such, every product purchase comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from HEROIKX.com.
- If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. ( Money back guarantee is null and void on any custom ordered apparel, accessories, and/or other products.)
- Please allow one week (7 working days) for refunds to be processed.
- Apparel will only be considered for reimbursement if items are unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
